Will I be auto-charged after my trial? ▾
No. We never auto-charge. On day 15, your account auto-downgrades to the free plan — no silent charges, no surprise bills. We send a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends. You upgrade only when you choose to.
What if I don't convert after my trial? ▾
Your account auto-downgrades to free on day 15. You're never charged. Your scan history and brand data are retained for 30 days — so if you come back, everything is still there.
Are there per-seat fees? ▾
Never. Per-seat fees are a legacy SaaS anti-pattern. Seats are included in every plan: 1 for Starter, 5 for Growth, unlimited for Enterprise. Your whole team works from the same dashboard.
Do you offer a 30-day refund? ▾
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid month, we'll refund in full — no questions asked. Just email support.
How accurate are the visibility scores? ▾
We send real prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode and extract real brand mentions, positions, citations, and sentiment from the raw responses — nothing is simulated. The score requires multiple substantive mentions per surface (not just a single query echo or a rejection like “I’m not familiar with X”), so unknown brands score 0 and well-known brands score high. Each scan’s underlying answer is inspectable in your dashboard.
Will repeat scans run up my bill? ▾
No — the plan price is what you pay. We absorb the AI API costs and cap our daily LLM spend on your behalf. There is no per-scan, per-prompt, or per-surface metering.
